CANCELLATION
As All items are now made to order, and particularly for custom made part, Cancellation can be made after the purchase only before the part is started to be produced.
Delivery Time
When Customer (you) make a purchase from us, Customer agree with our (finescalemodela) terms and conditions of the purchase. Due to the nature of the product and production process and particularly for custom made and Ready to install / finish (RTF), modified and/or specific requests by customer, we (finescalemodela) require certain time starting from design and prototyping to ensure a sound result. In additions, some parts are require a process that have different time to finish.
Made and Material
Unless stated otherwise, when the material is made from plastic/ABS, it is generated from 3d machine printer which has a unique characteristic of surface finish. This material is easy to sand, prime and paint for finishing. Other parts are made by casting resin either gravity or by vacuum casting process. This material normally will have a fine surface however need to wash and clean with water before further finishing processes. For further detail, please see our 'Product Guideline' page in our website. In stock means products usually in stock or if not it is easy and fast to make within 24 hours, Available means the product will never be made in stock but need to be produced. any picture in all products are only for references and sometimes do not representing the actual one. Only product with lable or description 'in stock' may be accepted for returned upon our approval. Unfortunately, all product with 'Available' status is not returnable as it is made or produced following customer order. All returned goods 'under stock' items, if agreed by us, must be under same conditions when it was dispacthed, and will be charged with re-stocking of 15% or the original purchase price.
Unless in RTF/Assembled version parts made from resin are raw casted part which still has seams and/or flasks. However, If in receiving your order you find out the parts are in seams and flasks free or even ready to be processed, please accept this as our appreciation to customer.
Third Party Product
We also sell third party products through our website, but we will always try our best to help in building their products including seeking advise and help directly from manufacturers/suppliers. However we are not responsible for any loss, damage or whatsoever resulted of their products.
Prices
All prices in this website are without VAT (excluding VAT). As a Non VAT registered Company we do not collect VAT from Customer on behalf of Tax Authority. If you are outisde United Kingdom Tax Authority, please observed your country's regulation on VAT and Import Tax before placing the order.
Damaged and Lost during delivery
Basically, we will replace any damages parts as result of delivery immediately after you notify us. We will process the claim in accordance with our agreement with the Paypal and courier and as a result you will be asked to keep the damaged part/item for their assessment. If you choose to return the damaged part/item then you have to send it back to us at your own costs. We will process the refund after we received from the item from you and verify the damage and faulty. If we do not find any faulty or damage as reported, then in our sole decision, we will only refund the price of item less our delivery costs and particularly for any fuselages, less packaging costs. Customer have to refuse by signing not to receive delivery of package if it shows a clear damage to surface of packaging. Effective September 2017,
We will provide tracking number of your package upon request. If you have not received the package for whatever the reason, please notify us immediately. Following your notifications, we will contact with our local courier and if necessary to speed up the process we will contact the local partner of the courier in each countries.
For any discrepancies, we at our sole option may replace or ask you to return the good. You must return the good in it's original conditions when you received, unused with all original packaging including wraps and any other protective foams and padding. It is you responsibility to return to us safely and secure manner without any damage or lost. Having checked the conditions to our satisfactory, we will refund your purchase less any damages and/or expenses to do the reconditions. The refund of return P&P will be limited to the actual cost when the good was delivered to you.
You are encouraged to ask for anythings before purchase as we can not accept return items because of wrong purchase. Your purchase will always be sent to the address provided in the receipt.
All scale parts are based on our own interpretation from the original part and only intended for the fuselage mention in each section, Modification and adjustment may be made to make each part are fit for the purpose. As all Scale Parts items are in house made, particularly special made, custom /Taylor made', and available are simply not returnable or can not be cancelled after the funds is received in full.
Delivery and Shipping
With the Current Change of the European Union' Import of good's Laws, all purchases by Customer in the EU will be subject to VAT import Duty only (up to up to certain amount) and both VAT import duty and import duty for goods above that certain amount.
As this rules may different for each member of European Union' Countries, Therefore Customer is responsible to get the correct and up to date information on these import charges . Therefore, when Customer purchase any goods and choose the delivery method, Customer agrees to pay for such import duties including fees charged by the delivery company for services of the payment for such duties. Failing to do so, with the recommendation of the delivery company and at our sole discretion the delivery company may return the goods to us or destroy the package which costs will be at the Customer account. Up to date Delivery costs can be found on the section of 'delivery costs' for both domestic UK and overseas. The delivery costs invoice will sent separately following customer purchase.
Please note that our policy for delivery is using secured means, tracked and insured. If you wish to choose the economy delivery, or other than our standard policy, we shall be released from any claims in case the good is lost or damage or late delivery.
