Parts produced using this material are basically has a very smooth surface finish and ready to paint.However for parts that does not have a flat surface, it may have some grainy materials left from support material and only require a light effort to remove it using block foam sanding. Layers of printing are barely be seen or felt. layer resolution is approximately 0.001 mm (28 myu) It has a characteristic close to plastic, with white color, very strong for small parts. It can be easily sanded (if required) and painted. Because of this ideal result for its detail superiority, This is ideal only for small and/or intricate part. ABS Plastic - Basic kit/complex kit requires assembly or process before painting

This material is plastic based like Plastic or super PLA with same characteristic like ABS but sronger than ABS. Surface has texture due to the layering of printing process. However, with little effort of sanding or use a proper primer spray paint, you will have the same result as UV Resin material's surface finish.
Plastic model kit glue or CA are the perfect choice for permanent bonding. Layer resolution is varied from 0.14 0.19mm, the smaller of the part usually will use the thinner layer. This is basically the most affordable and basic scale parts that require builder to do extra work for preparation which may include glueing for kit , sanding, priming before painting. Due to the nature of the process, some parts that has curvature toward bottom side has to be sacrified and require a little effort by sanding it to get the original shape. For sides that require a strength, the liberate use of CA glue or plasticc model glue will enhance the strength significantly, partically for joining. Some other parts are also require sanding to get flush fit to other parts. |

This may be the most expensive process and costly item made using the machine. And it can only be done through our partner outisde the workshop. No additional work needed for straight final finishing despite the surface has a grainiy feel. This material has a very strong materials.

As many scale parts are very small, to make it clear and can be seen in detail, we sometime use a 3d drawing to show the part in detail instead of actual photograph. Therefore these images are for reference only and do not representing the actual part in therm of surface finish.
Terms :
Kit/Basic kit : require parts preparations and cleaning before assembly. including extra works for surface
preparation before painting in order to get the best surface finish. Kit form has additional
advantage intermediate and advance buidler as it allow some room for modification and
altercation. If you are not familiar with the kit or building the kit form, you can ask for extra
services either for assembly - prep assembly or even for finish good at extra costs. Please

Assembly : The kit is assembled, but may need to be painted by yourself
Finish/RTF : the kit is in finish form and painted, ready to be installed in your fuselage
