3D Printing

We only use the machine that is suitable for the use of the part respectively which require, Strong, flexible, easy to sand and finishing. These parts can be in form of kit or finish good (RTF). All of our machines are Industrial Machines with high accuracy and consistency in result.

With our UV Resin 3d Printers, we are not only able to produce rigid and white colour parts but more than just different type of  colours, also many different materials like rubber like,  Polypropylene like , heat resistant parts, or even transparent parts (real glass trasparent). Simply it is now the best and latest technology available nowadays. The process cost and material is quite expensive and the layer is 0.01 mm

We also use FDM 3d printing  machines to produce ABS and Thermo Plastic parts for certain scale parts which can not be produced using the UV Resin process. Same like UV resin, FDM  machines are Industrial Machines. the surface layer is 0.19 mm, however the process and material are affordable

Vacuum Casting

We also use vacuum casting machine to produce scale parts from Resin Material. Off course in order to produce a high standard resin parts, we have CNC Machines with 3 and 4 Axis respectively.

3D Scanner, Sticker printing and laser cutting  machines are also been used for
process and production of specific parts.

Vacuum Forming

Some small number of parts are produced using  Vacuum Forming machines to replace big and heavy parts with super light plastic parts.
